First things first, I didn't take the image above. In my head, that's the kind of image I would have taken, except in reality I was too busy eating to even remember to take a picture. So picture credit to Food52.
I did take a picture today (my morning green juice which consisted of broccoli, cucumber, pear and apple) but it paled into insignificance after I made lunch.
Because oh my these veggie burgers are to die for! Seriously. This was my first attempt too, so they didn't quite keep their shape - but they are SO delicious. The recipe is here.
